ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - 2012 SEASON

For this meeting, "the Board" will be comprised of the League Executive Committee and the Division Coordinators. For the 2013 Annual Meeting, all teams in the League will be required to attend.

This years meeting will be in Philadelphia in as part of the US Lacrosse Convention Sunday, January 15. It will be at Marriott Hotel near the Philadelphia Convention Center. The room number and time will be posted on the league website as soon as we receive the information from US Lacrosse. As in past years it will probably start at 10AM.

9:30 am new and Associate member teams
10:00 am - 1:00 pm General meeting
Lunch will be served

Please make arrangements for a proxy in advance of your not being in attendance.
Reminder: a proxy is someone in attendance that is NOT already representing a member.
