All teams are required to attend this meeting. Proxies are permitted, but not for teams that sent a proxy to their respective Conference Meetings. Complete information regarding meeting attendance and the use of proxies can be found on page 6 of the ALL Bylaws which are posted on the League website. Be advised that there is limited on-street parking in the area of the hotel. If you park on the street, check the parking signs carefully. Philadelphia has a very active parking enforcement authority. Parking at the hotel is very expensive. There is a parking garage on Filbert Street across from the hotel. Filbert Street parallels Market Street.
You DO NOT have to register for the convention to attend our meeting. Registration is required ONLY if you want to go to the vendors area or to attend seminars.
